THESE TERMS APPLY TO EVENT TICKETS AND PRODUCTS THAT ARE PURCHASED FROM US THROUGH WEB, EMAIL, PHONE OR AT OUR EVENTS 


SATISFACTION GUARANTEE    

If after the event you think that the event did not give any tools for your life or business, you may ask for refund for the sum you’ve paid. Tell us your unsatisfaction to our staff at the event and we will take all necessary information for your refund. Guarantee is valid for all our events in Finland in which we are the main organizer. The guarantee is valid only when you participate through the whole event. 
 

RETURNING THE TICKETS AND VALIDITY

Tickets to events that are to be happen more than 30 days in the future have 14 days cooling of period from the date of the order when you may cancel your purchase with full refund. After 14 days we keep the right to invoice you by the order. All cancellations must be sent by email to our customer service. Tickets to events that are to be happen in less than 30 days will be invoiced by the order without cancellation policy. Any unused tickets will not be imbursed.

Tickets to ”Saa mitä haluat” -workshop are valid 12 months from the date of order. Tickets can be used in any city where the workshop is held. Participant must register before hand to our customer service* the event he/she wants to attend.

INFORMATION OF THE PARTICIPANT

Every participant should provide us with the basic information: a name, an address, a telephone number and an email address.
The one who buys several tickets is obliged to inform the information of the other participants in good time prior to the event. 

 

TRANSFERRING THE TICKET    

The ticket is personal but also transferable. If you want to transfer your ticket to another participant, you’ll have to inform our customer service* with the details of a new participant (a name, an address, a telephone number and an email address). 
 

RECORDING, VIDEO AND PICTURES

The event might be photographed or it might be recorded or video recorded partly or entirely. Photographs might be used on our website, blog, brochures and social media. Videos and recordings are to be used to develop our coaches and some of their parts may be published or sold. We will ask you special permission if we want to use video or recording material where you perform. 

By attending you give us your permission for us to take photographs, record and video record the event. If you do not want to perform in our photos, you must inform our team at the registration. 

THE REGISTRATION AND THE TICKET

To attend to the seminar you’ll have to registrate on the place of the event prior to the
seminar. Your ticket is reserved with your name in the registration and can be collected with your name and ID or with the confirmation/ticket sent to the email address. The ticket enables the entrance to the seminar area. The ticket has to be paid on the booking or prior to the seminar as previously agreed. 

 

THE PLACE AND THE DATE OF THE SEMINAR

The organizer has set the time and the place for the event. The organizer preserves the right to change any of these when necessary. In that case the organizer informs the customers of the changes by email. If the event is cancelled entirely, the organizer is obliged to return the payment to the customers. The organizer and promoter is here Inner Strength Finland Oy / Uskalla Innostua Finland. 
 

EVENTS ABROAD

This term affects all the events where Inner Strength Finland Oy (later ISF) is the promoter for the event tickets and is responsible for the customer service between the client and organizer. ISF is not obliged to pay any compensation if the organizer chooses to change the venue or the date of the event, or cancels the event. ISF is responsible to refund client only the monies that organizer refunds to ISF. ISF is responsible that client gets his/her ticket to the event. 
 

DIGITAL AND ONLINE PRODUCTS

All our digital products have 60 day satisfaction guarantee from the day we send the first part of the product. If you are not satisfied during the first 60 days you may ask for the full refund anytime from our customer service*. 
 

DISCLAIMER

The events and products we organize and promote may promise tools for changing one’s life. Client approves that we are liable for conducting and serving these products and the responsibility to change one’s life is his/her own. Client should understand that he/she is responsible for his/her results and that one always does all the changes in his/her life or business with his/her own responsibility. 
 

PRIVACY

Your information will be saved to our customer database. Your information will be used to communicate about the service or product you are about to purchase. With your permission only we can also tell about other product and services we have. We never sell or give your information to any third parties.
